Shanda D. Hartley
Shanda D. Hartley, FNP-C, MDiv., is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and Hampton University, respectively earning an undergraduate degree in Nursing Science and a graduate degree in Nursing. Mrs. Hartley is also an ordained itinerant minister of the African Methodist Episocpal Church with a graduate degree in Divinity and a post graduate degree in Religious Studies.
Mrs. Hartley works in long term and acute care and has experience with case management. She and her husband Michael started Hartley Health and Wellness, LLC in 2014. Hartley Health and Wellness, LLC provides caring, convenient, quality primary and transitional care, as well as chronic disease management to residents of assisted living facilities and homes. As PAMAH’s medical advisor, Mrs. Hartley provides medical advice and connects the foundation with medical professionals that keep the foundation abreast of the most current issues, challenges and opportunities regarding Meningitis and other medical needs in Cherokee and its surrounding counties. |
