Meet the Staff

Together, this mother-son team is passionately commited to educating the community, promoting vaccination, and offering passionate support to families affected by meningitis. Their joint journey - from personal loss to nonprofit leadership - drives every program and event the foundation hosts.

Our CEO

Shaquille Hodge, CEO of the PAMAH Foundation is a devoted single father of three and a US Army Veteran. He launched the PAMAH Foundation in December 2018 after tragically losing his wife, Percilla, to Pneumococcal Meningitis on a family trip. He channels his personal experience into leading the foundation's outreach, advocacy, and community wellness initiatives - ensuring no family is left unsupported in the fight against Meningitis.

Our Executive Director

Danielle Hodge, Executive Director, is Shaquille's mother and a US Army Veteran who brings over 20 years of leadership from both the military and corporate roles to her service. She oversees the day-to-day operations, program development, and team coordination. Her dedication to spreading awareness and supporting families is rooted in a profound commitment to honoring Percilla's memory.
